Michelle L. Wolfenden, Esq.
Michelle was raised in Brewerton, New York and is a graduate of P.V. Moore High School. After high school, she attended Onondaga Community College and later, graduated from Le Moyne College, all while working full time. In 2004, she attended Franklin Pierce Law Center (Now New Hampshire School of Law) in Concord, NH where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. When it came time to practice the law, Michelle returned to Brewerton in order to provide high quality, neighbor driven legal services to her community. She has firm roots in Central New York, and is raising her children in the same schools and with some of the same teachers by whom she was blessed to be mentored and taught.
Michelle's focus has always been on real estate law. She has been helping clients buy and sell property in the Central New York area for ten years. Michelle has also been representing lenders in real estate transactions all around Central New York for ten years. Michelle's legal practice also includes business entity formation and advising, as well as litigation as a way to better serve her many real estate investor clients.
In addition to her real estate practice, Michelle has found she truly enjoys helping her friends and neighbors with planning for the future through her growing estate planning practice. From drafting Wills, establishing Trusts, helping fill out Health Care Proxies and Living Wills, or simply setting up a Power of Attorney, Michelle is honored by the trust her clients place in her to help them plan for the future.
Brianna A. Zelinsky, Legal Assistant
Brianna grew up in Brewerton, New York, and, like Michelle Wolfenden, is a graduate of Paul. V. Moore High School. Brianna holds an Associate’s Degree from Onondaga Community College and has always found her way back to her home town. Brianna joined the Wolfenden Law Firm in 2016, and quickly became an integral part of our legal team. As our Legal Assistant, Brianna brings her passion for helping others and serving her local and neighboring communities to her work every day. At the Wolfenden Law Firm, Brianna’s focus is always on providing a professional, comfortable and welcoming environment no matter what the case may be.
